What are your rights regarding your data?

It goes without saying that you have certain rights to the collection, usage and storage of your data. You have the right to ask to consult, change or delete your data if you wish to do so. For safety reasons, you'll have to prove your identity to us first. With proven identity, you'll be able to ask us a copy of the data we have from you, have your data changed (for example when your address has changed), ask us to limit the usage of your data (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter) or even delete it in some cases. You'll always need to send an e-mail to info@tintrio.be, info@tintrio.fr or info@tintrio.nl, clearly indicating you wish to appeal to your data protection rights, and what you want us to do. As mentioned, you'll have to prove who you are. You could send us a signed letter or a copy of your ID. We'll get in touch with you.
