I've returned my order? How do I get my money back?

When you've returned your order and are entitled to a complete or partial refund, we'll arrange that for you as soon as possible. More specifically, you can expect you money back within 30 days after we've received your return shipment. If you paid by bank transfer, the money will be credited to the bank account you transferred it from. All other refunds go through our payment provider, and will end up on the bank account connected to the payment method you selected during checkout.
